Losing 2 kg in 3 months......

Nowadays every few steps I take I need to pull up my pants, ever since I made a firm decision to cut down on my sugar intake. Especially drinking coffee and eating my favorite soy bean curd without sugar. Remember that taste is acquired. You can see how losing weight is that simple.
But please don't lose weight by eating less. You will lose your bone mass and muscle mass. If you are a fully grown up person, you will not be able to recover your lost bone mass. So you lose weight by eating a balanced and healthy diet.
